You can now enrol in the courses of your choice all from the convenience of your phone or laptop, anywhere in the UAE or the world.
Step 1
Accomplish the online Reservation form
Once you've decided on your course, please fill out the Reservation form Here. Our team will review your application and cross check class availability.
1. If class availability is open, we will send you an enrolment form with your details included. (Step 2)
2. If the class you have chosen is not available, you will be notified of the next available slot and will be given the option to reserve your slot for the next class.
We will also send you a reminder once the class you are interested in opens up again for enrolment.
Step 2
Enrolment
1 week before start of classes we will send you the confirmed availability of classes. We will also send you a pre filled out enrolment form based on the pre-enrolment form you filled up in step 1 and the payment details. Please double check your information in the enrolment form sent to you.
Step 3
Payment
Once you have double checked your details and have a copy of your Emirates ID or Passport, you may proceed for payment, this can either be done via bank transfer or deposit. The bank details will be included with the enrolment form from step 2.
If all information is correct, please print and sign the form. And send to us together with a copy of your Emirates ID or Passport and Payment confirmation.
Step 4
Verification
You may submit payment confirmation, enrolment form together with your Emirates ID or Passport copy to us either via email at enrolment @ apexeaglesinstitute.com or in person at our main office 305, White Crown Tower, SZR, Dubai.
Step 5
Confirmation
Once we have received all the documents from steps 1, 2 &3 , the AEI Registrar’s office will inform the students via SMS and email of a successful enrollment/registration along with the assigned Student No/Class Schedule.
Note
A reminder
1. During the First Day of the class, students are advised to arrive 20 minutes early and to present the enrollment confirmation to the AEI Office Admin for the photo schedule for your Student ID.
2. Precautionary measures mandated by the UAE Government and KHDA shall be strictly observed within the school premises at all times
(wearing of mask and proper social distancing)
